I dont get why NFL is changing so much coaches every year lol 🤯 It's like they cant even keep a team together anymore. But I guess thats just how it works in sports right? Teams are always looking for an edge, so when one coach isnt working out its time to switch it up.

The thing that puzzles me though is why teams pay these coaches such big bucks and expect them to win championships. Its like they're playing a game of musical chairs with their jobs 🎶 And what's with all the interviews and rumors? Can't they just decide on someone already?!

I guess whats good for the team, even if it doesn't make sense to me 🤷‍♂️ At least its entertaining to watch these coaches try to figure out how to win games.

John Harbaugh is an interesting return to the Giants - you'd think they'd want someone younger with more playoff experience, but I guess Harbaugh's got some magic up his sleeve 🧙‍♂️. Man... it's like they're trying to change the team every year or something 🤣. I mean, I'm not saying any of these guys are bad coaches or anything, but what's going on? First, Brian Callahan gets canned, then Mike McCoy steps in, and now Robert Saleh is running the show. It feels like they can't make up their minds 💭. And John Harbaugh, he was a big name coming back to the NFL, I'm kinda surprised he went with the Giants 🤔. I mean, what's wrong with Baltimore? 🙄... but I guess that's just how it goes in the NFL sometimes 🏈. Five-year deals are insane, Stefanski's gonna be set for life 💸. 🤯 just wondering, when do these coaching changes happen? like, does it take forever to find someone new or is there some sort of system in place? i mean, it's crazy how much turnover there is 🤦‍♂️, especially with the Titans and 49ers having a season-long search. personally, i think it'd be more efficient if teams could just interview coaches on speed dial 👍 and make a decision ASAP 💨. maybe it's all about finding the right fit for each team? 🤔
