Just saw this news about Chicago and I'm like "yikes!" Winter is coming in fast, huh? 25-32 degrees sounds kinda balmy compared to -30 degrees wind chill... people need to bundle up big time! 
And those warming centers sound like a lifesaver. Can't stress enough how important it is to stay safe and warm out there. Don't wanna see anyone getting frostbite or hypothermia
