Aww man... I remember when my grandma used to take me to Bode's Corned Beef House back in the 80s . We'd always get the corned beef sandwiches and mac 'n cheese, it was like a special treat every time. And now they're closing down? It's just not fair . I hope they can find a way to reopen at some other location or something... but I know that's unlikely .

I'm actually kinda sad because I've been meaning to take my own kids there for years, so we could make those same memories as a family . But I guess that's not gonna happen now . Still, it's awesome they're hosting that fundraiser event, that'll be great for the staff . And who knows, maybe someone will open up a new Bode's style restaurant in the area? That'd be awesome .

OMG u guys r gonna miss dis place so much!!! i went there wen i was a kid & every time i go back 2 plymouth its like nothin ever changed i remember eatin corned beef sandwiches wit my fam n makin so many mems ther lol. dey really need out help its a bummer dat its closin down but at least its comin from a good place the fundraiser event sounds amazing btw cant wait 2 go & show some luv 2 the staff

Ugh, I'm totally gutted to hear about Bode's Corned Beef House closing down . I've been going there since I was a kid with my family and it's always been a special spot for us. The thought of never being able to get those amazing corned beef sandwiches again is just heartbreaking . But at the same time, I'm so proud of the owners for being honest about their situation and wanting to support their staff after all these years . That fundraiser idea is genius! Let's make sure we turn out in force on Dec 15th to show them some love and raise some cash for the team

u guys r goin 2 miss bodes so much they had th best corned beef sandwiches in town 4eva it's sad that it's closin down after all these years... i remember goin there with my fam when i was a kid and havin the best time i hope the owners get 2 reopen somewhere else tho that wud b amazin but for now, we gotta say goodbye 2 our fave spot let's all support th staff thru their fundraising event

man... i just heard about bodes corned beef house closing after 66 years it's crazy to think that all those memories are being made for the last time they're hosting a fundraiser though so fingers crossed they'll be back in some form it's weird how these things happen, like you're walking into your childhood home and it's just not there anymore
