I'm not convinced about these playoffs being some kind of magic formula for success . I mean, sure, Messi is a genius on the field, but what about when he's injured or off-form? It's always the star player who gets all the credit, while the rest of the team struggles to keep up ️.

And don't even get me started on the whole "quality" thing . Just because there are some talented players out there doesn't mean the league is automatically better than it was before . I've seen some pretty underwhelming games in my time watching MLS, and all this fuss about the playoffs just seems like a bunch of hype to me .

Plus, have you noticed how over-reliant on social media they are? Everyone's always talking about their fantasy football picks or who's going to win the championship... it's like the fans are more invested in the outcome than the actual game itself . I'm just not buying it, you know?

idk why ppl are so salty about the playoffs being more condensed . i think its actually better for the sport. less games means less fatigue, which means the players can give their all when it matters most ️. and lets be real, its way more entertaining with a winner takes all format . plus, its not like the regular season is the pinnacle of competition or anything . the playoffs are where the real heroes come out to shine .

I'm so over these playoffs already . All this hype about Messi and Son scoring amazing goals is cool and all, but let's be real, the real excitement comes from when the linesmen make a bad call and ruins the game . And don't even get me started on the NWSL Championship final. I mean, Rose Lavelle's winning goal was cool and all, but did we really need to watch an entire 90 minutes of Gotham FC struggling just to get that one goal? It felt like they were holding back just waiting for Lavelle to come through. And what's with the constant break in play because some player is 'tuning up' their shoe laces? Can't we just get on with it already?
