man I'm just really worried about ray j , it's like he's hitting rock bottom and I'm not sure how he'll bounce back from this. all that substance abuse is taking a huge toll on his body and mind...it's crazy to think that he was thinking he could handle it all but really he couldn't. I hope he gets the help he needs, treatment in haiti might be his best shot at saving his heart health. I'm also thinking about his kids, it's devastating that they're caught in the middle of this custody battle and can't see their dad right now. we should all be sending him positive vibes and hoping for a speedy recovery
