Chicago-based law firm Romanucci and Blandin has released an independent autopsy report on Renee Macklin Good, the Twin Cities mother shot dead by federal immigration agent Jonathan Ross in Minneapolis earlier this month.
According to attorney Antonio M. Romanucci, who is representing Good's family, the autopsy revealed that Renee was shot three times - once in her head, and twice in her chest - with a graze wound on her right forearm. The findings contradict those of the Hennepin County medical examiner's office, whose results have not been made public.
Romanucci stated that the video evidence showing the events of January 7, 2026, is clear when viewed through the standards of reasonable policing and totality of circumstances. He also expressed his family's gratitude for the continued transparency provided by releasing the independent autopsy report to the public.
The attorney vowed to continue his "unwavering and proactive advocacy" for Renee's life and her family, emphasizing that their team will not rest until justice is served.
