I think this is a solid move for the Eagles!

They needed someone with Josh's expertise to help them revamp their passing game. His background in Duke sounds super interesting too - all those years of quality control coaching probably helped him hone his skills.
I'm still salty about Sean Mannion, though

he's got potential but I don't think he was ready for that gig yet. The Bucs' offense did have some crazy metrics last year, so it'll be fun to see if Josh can replicate that with the Eagles!
Here's a quick diagram of what might happen:
```
+---------------+
| Offense |
+---------------+
|
|
v
+-------------------------------+ +-----------------------+
| Explosive Plays | | Better Play-Calling |
| (6 Yards/Att, 2 TDs/G) | | with Grizzard's help |
+-------------------------------+ +-----------------------+
|
|
v
+---------------+
| More Cohesive |
| Attacking Unit |
+---------------+
```
Let's hope it all comes together for the Eagles this season!
