Sports - AFCON 2025: Kylian Mbappé and Luis Enrique support Brahim Diaz

I'm still reeling from that crazy AFCON final 🤯. I mean, who doesn't love a good penalty shootout? But seriously, Brahim Diaz is one of the most talented players out there and it's just sad to see him make a mistake like that when it matters most 💔.

I think Kylian Mbappe's reaction was pretty on point though 😂. He didn't try to get all technical about it or start analyzing what went wrong, he just kept calm and carried on 🙏. And Luis Enrique's post-match comments were spot on too - Brahim needs to work on his confidence in those high-pressure situations 💪.

I'm curious to see how Brahim will bounce back from this though 🤔. He's been on a tear all tournament and I think he's got the skills to make it happen again ⚽️. Maybe he just needs to chill out and trust his instincts a bit more 😎. Whatever it is, I'm rooting for him to get back on track and lead his team to another title 🏆!

🤦‍♂️ I mean, what's up with that penalty?! 😲 Brahim Diaz is a super talented player and he messed it up like that. Kylian Mbappe was saying that Brahim just lost his cool under pressure 🙅‍♂️, but honestly, I think the guy had a tough time after that missed Panenka penalty 💔. It's not easy to bounce back from a failure like that, especially in such a high-stakes game as the AFCON final 🏆.

Luis Enrique was saying that Brahim needs to learn to stay calm under pressure 🔥, but I think it's also about giving him more faith and confidence 🤝. The guy is young and talented, and he deserves a chance to prove himself 💪. Maybe the coaches need to tweak their tactics and game plans to make the most of his skills 📈.

Anyway, it's all part of the game 🎾, and Brahim will bounce back from this 💨. I'm still rooting for him to shine in the next big tournament ⚽️! 👍

Man, what a game! 🏆 I'm still reeling from that AFCON final, you know? Kylian Mbappe is literally a superhero out there. And poor Brahim Diaz, what's going through his head, right? 😂 I mean, who hasn't missed a Panenka penalty in their lives? It's like it's written in the stars or something.

I love how Luis Enrique is keeping it real about Brahim's performance though. The guy's got heart, you gotta give him that. And let's be honest, Mbappe's still gonna be the hero of this story no matter what. He's just one of those players who makes magic happen on the pitch. 💫

But for real, the AFCON final was an incredible game to watch. I'm so glad Brazil won in the end, but it was definitely a close match. And the drama with Brahim's penalty... it's gonna be watercooler stuff for weeks to come. Guess you could say he's got some serious growing up to do on the pitch! 🤣

🤔 so i'm watching the afcon final and kylian mbappe is going mental about brahim diaz's penalty miss... like what was he expecting? a miracle? 🙄 luis enrique tries to defend him but honestly it just looks like diaz had cold feet. he's been struggling all tournament anyway, maybe this was just his time to step up and fail 😅 i'm not buying the "unlucky" card from mbappe or enrique... penos are hard to miss unless you're just phoning it in 🙃 still, that afcon final is gonna be a thriller if diaz gets a rematch

ugh i'm so bad at penalty kicks lol what's with the panenka technique tho? it looks like a fancy version of just kicking the ball hard 🤦‍♂️ anyway, i feel bad for brahim diaz though. he's always making those impressive saves in the championship league but penalties are a whole different story. maybe he should've gone for the side foot instead? 🤔 or did luis enrique have something to do with that plan? i wonder if kylian mbappe was like "lol, brahim, you gotta try this" and made him attempt it 🤑 either way, hope brahim recovers from that disappointment and bounces back stronger 💪

I watched that AFCON final with my grandkids and we were all going wild 😂. Kylian Mbappe's reaction after the penalty miss was priceless 🤣. I mean, you're one of the best players in the world, and a missed Panenka? It's hard not to feel for him.

I've been playing footy with my mates since I was a young bloke, and we always have a laugh about missing penalties. It's just part of the game, right? But Brahim Diaz, he looked like he'd seen his mum 😩. You can't blame him, that was a tough one to take.

Luis Enrique's comment about Diaz needing to "get over himself" 🤷‍♂️ is fair enough, though. The kid's got talent pouring out of every pore, and he just needs to shake off that disappointment. As for Mbappe, he'll be back, no worries 🙌. He's a winner, through and through.

You know, as I sat there watching the game with my grandkids, it made me think about life. We all have our moments of glory and our moments of disappointment. How we respond to those moments is what defines us. Diaz will bounce back, no doubt. And Mbappe? He'll be back on top in no time 💪

🤦‍♂️ "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." 😬 Guess that's what happened to Brahim Diaz, he just didn't put enough power behind that penneka kick and now France are champions 🏆. It's all on him, I guess... 😅 Mbappe is saying he's not surprised though, we've seen this guy miss penalties before 🔥. Luis Enrique's just being the good sport, trying to take the blame away from Diaz 👍. Can't say I blame him, would've done the same in his shoes 🤯. At the end of the day, it's all part of the game and we can all learn from these young players' experiences 💪.

omg i know people are gonna say brahim diaz messed up that pen but honestly he got unlucky 🤦‍♂️ like we all do. mbappe and luis enrique are being super extra about it too, which is kinda funny tbh 🤣 they're trying to make him out to be the villain or something. but let's be real, panenka penalties aren't easy, even for pro players 🙅‍♂️. brahim diaz did what he thought was right in that moment and yeah it didn't work out 🤷‍♂️. i feel bad for him more than anything because he's human too and makes mistakes just like us 😊. mbappe and enrique should calm down a bit and not make a big deal out of it, it's just football 💪.

man this afcon final was insane 🤯 i mean kylian mbappe is one of the best players in the world but that pen shot by brahim diaz was like something out of a movie 🎥 it looked so smooth and effortless, i was like did he just make that real? 🤔 anyway, i think luiz enrique needs to give brabhim some credit for his bravery even if it didn't end in a win 😊 mbappe is right though, brabhims pen skills need a bit of work 🤦‍♂️ but still, he's got the heart and that's what matters ❤️

i think what makes football so amazing is the emotional rollercoaster we take with our team 🎠 one minute you're on top of the world celebrating a win, the next you're sitting in the dressing room feeling like crap 😔 and then there's moments like brabhims pen shot where you just gotta feel for the guy 💕

anyway, i'm already looking forward to the next afcon 🏆 let's see how brahim bounces back from this one 🤞

omg can u believe that brahim diaz missed a panenka penalty in the afcon final 🤯👀 i was literally watching with my mates and we were all going mental, cheering him on to score! mbappe and luis enrique seemed pretty down about it too 😔. gotta say tho, that kid's got skills, just had an off game i think he'll bounce back from this 🤞. the thing is, penalty shootout can be so unpredictable, one minute u r feeling like a superstar next ur having a brain fade 🤯👀 but brahim's still young and full of potential, let him learn from this experience! 💪

just saw that afcon final penalty drama 🤦‍♂️ and i gotta say, brahim diaz is still a genius on the pitch even when he's missing penalties 😂. i mean, 1 goal from him in 5 chances isn't bad for a player of his age group 🙌. and let's not forget, he was just one spot away from scoring that winning penalty... we can all relate to those thoughts 😩. personally, i think the pressure might've gotten to him a bit too much... but hey, everyone has an off game, right? 🤔 luis enrique should be super proud of his squad for making it to the final though! and kylian mbappe is still looking silky smooth out there 💨. btw, who else was watching that penalty shootout 😲?
