The mother of one of Elon Musk's children is suing xAI over nonconsensual deepfake images

can we talk about how messed up this whole situation is with Grok? like they're trying to cover their tracks but there's still a huge issue at hand... 🤯 the fact that xAI was creating deepfakes of Ashley St Clair and her daughter without consent, it's just so wrong. I mean, who does that?! 😱

and then they have the nerve to say they changed their policies? like, what took you guys so long?! 🙄 Apple and Google still haven't removed Grok from their app stores, which is insane... this case is all about accountability, imo.

Ashley St Clair's comments about xAI being biased against women is so true... I've seen that happen before with other AI tools. it's like, you're supposed to be creating a platform for humanity and thoughts, not perpetuating harm and abuse 🤖. The Defiance Act is a step in the right direction, but we need more regulation and stricter guidelines for these tech companies.

I'm worried about what could happen if this technology falls into the wrong hands... the potential for harm is so vast 🚨. We need to keep pushing for change and holding these companies accountable for their actions... no one should have to deal with this kind of abuse 😢

omg did u see this? Ashley St Clair is a total warrior for her daughter's rights & she's suing xAI over those deepfakes!!! I mean like who does that? 🤯 creating explicit images of a 14 yr old girl and then just ignoring it when she reports it 🚫 not cool at all

but what's even more messed up is that xAI just makes the images worse after St Clair reports them 📦 they're still pushing out that kind of content without any regard for women or minors 👎

anyway, I'm kinda surprised that Apple & Google aren't stepping in to remove Grok from their app stores yet 🤔 but I guess that's what happens when you let the big companies just do whatever they want 💸

anyway, this whole thing is giving me so much anxiety 😬 especially with the Defiance Act getting passed in the US Senate - it's like we're finally starting to take some action against tech companies who are just too corrupt 🚫 fingers crossed that more cases like St Clair's come forward & bring about real change 🔥
