Thomas Frank, Oliver Glasner & Arne Slot - factors that lead to managerial pressure

🤔 just thinkin about it, managers get sacked so fast now its crazy, like they cant even make it 6 months without bein dropped 🚫. social media plays a big role i think, people are always tweeting about how poor the team is doing and then suddenly the manager gets fired 💸. and pundits too, theyre always on these managers throats, critizin them left right and center 👀. but you got to wonder if its just the fans expectations too, like they want instant results and when they dont get it they get on the manager's case 🤷‍♂️. and then theres club politics, i mean how many times have we seen a manager get sacked because of internal conflicts? its like the clubs themselves are against each other rather than for their own team ⚽️. idk about u but im starting to think this is just the way things are gonna be now 🤷‍♂️

🤔 Managers are getting sacked faster than ever before! I think social media is a big part of it 📱. When you're live on Twitter or Instagram, every mistake feels like a disaster 💥 and fans start calling for your head 🔪. And then there are the pundits who just love to rip managers apart 🤬... it's tough to take when you're already under pressure.

I've been following some of these managerial appointments, and it's crazy how quickly things can turn around ⏱️. One minute they're on fire, and the next they're out of a job 🔴. It's not just the managers themselves, either – the whole club is affected 🤝. Players get demotivated, fans get frustrated, and the whole team suffers as a result.

I think what I'm saying is that social media has changed the way we consume sports ⚽️... it's like everyone's a expert now 💡! It's hard to keep up with all the drama and expectations 🤯. As a fan, you want your team to win, but at the same time, you don't want to see your manager get sacked just because of one bad game 😬.

Anyway, I think that's my two cents on this trend 🔥... 👉

I don't know about you, but it's crazy how quickly managers are getting fired now 🤯. I mean, 5 out of the top 10 shortest spells since 2020? That's just wild. And you're right, social media is a big part of it – all those tweets and posts from pundits and fans can really pile on the pressure for managers.

I also think fan expectations are a major factor. I mean, we love our teams to win, but sometimes that expectation can be unrealistic (IMO). And then there's club politics... it's like, some people just don't want to see their manager succeed 🤷‍♂️.

But at the same time, I think it's a bit sad when managers get fired so easily. I mean, they're human beings too, right? They deserve a little more respect and understanding. Still, I guess that's just the way the game is now 💼.

idk what's going on with all these managerial changes in the premier league 🤯 its like they can't even get one guy for more than a season... i think social media plays a big role in it, but also i feel like pundits and commentators do too - its like if u make a bad call, suddenly everyone's on ur case 💔 and fans expectations are just crazy, like its not that hard to have a good season or 2 🤷‍♂️ as for club politics... idk, seems like a big part of it to me. but i do think its all connected - if u're performing poorly in the league, social media's gonna be all over u, pundits will be calling u out, fans are gonna be restless... and then club politics just kicks in because someone needs to take the fall 💸 anyway, its all just part of the game now, right? 🤔
