I'm telling ya, back in my day... we didn't have all these divisional teams and whatnot. It was just high school basketball, you know? But I guess that's progress for ya. These new divisions seem to be making it more exciting for the fans ๐Ÿค”. Hyde Park beating Perspectives-MS on Thursday night? That's some crazy upsets right there ๐Ÿ˜ฒ! I remember back in '95 when my friends and I used to go watch our local high school games at the gym, just a bunch of kids running around having fun ๐Ÿ€.

And I gotta say, it's impressive how some of these teams are dominating their opponents. Simeon taking down Morgan Park? That's like me beating my little brother in Mario Kart back in the day ๐Ÿ˜‚! But seriously, it's great to see Chicago high schools supporting each other and competing at a high level.

And what's with all the overtime games? I remember back when we used to play until we were tired out, you know? No fancy stopwatches or whatever ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ. It's just a different time now, I guess.

Anyway, it's been fun reminiscing about old times while keeping up with the latest high school hoops news ๐Ÿ‘

just saw the scores from last night's basketball games ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ’ฅ and man some of those underdog teams are on fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ! i'm loving the competition in Chicago's four divisions, it's making for some crazy comebacks and upsets ๐Ÿ˜ฒ. but at the same time, it's also awesome to see some of those top-ranked teams stepping up their game ๐Ÿ‘. can't wait to see how these rankings shake out after the holidays ๐ŸŽ„

man it's like the upsets were everywhere last night ๐Ÿคฏ esp in the Chicago high schools divisions where you got teams from different sides of town goin head to head and all that drama unfolding on the court ๐Ÿ€ i think it's awesome though cuz it shows how tough each team is and how much they wanna win ๐ŸŽ‰

I'm loving how excited everyone's getting about hoops ๐Ÿ€! Chicago High Schools always bring so much energy and rivalries to the court. I think what's cool is seeing those underdog teams pulling off wins against top-ranked opponents - it's like, you never know who's gonna step up in a big game ๐Ÿ˜ฎ.

I'm also loving the local matchups โ€“ there are some sick rivalries brewing between schools from different neighborhoods. Like, Hyde Park vs Englewood was intense ๐Ÿ’ช! And can we talk about Lane's dominance over Lake View? 30 points is no joke ๐Ÿคฏ.

But what really gets me pumped is seeing all these talented players and teams coming together to make the season so much fun. It's not just about winning or losing โ€“ it's about community, school spirit, and showing up to support each other ๐Ÿ’•. Bring on the rest of the season! ๐ŸŽ‰

๐Ÿ˜… I'm going nuts over this one... what's up with all these teams doing crazy comebacks?! ๐Ÿคฏ Northside took down Taft by like 5 points, but still managed to win? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ And Lane dominating Lake View is just fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ. But you know who's not having a good night? Dunbar struggling with Longwood ๐Ÿ˜ฌ. Anyway, can't wait for the next game! โฐ

wow thats crazy how many upsets happened tonight ๐Ÿคฏ esp love lane dominating lake view and young winning by 30 points ๐Ÿ™Œ also gotta give props to collins who took down clemente ๐Ÿ‘ northside's comeback win was insane ๐Ÿ˜ฒ what do u think about the red south division its like simeon came out on top but julian at lindblom edged their opponents ๐Ÿค”

๐Ÿ€ oh man, what a night of hoops ๐Ÿคฏ! I'm loving the underdog stories - Hyde Park taking down Englewood and Lincoln Park beating Amundsen are my faves so far ๐Ÿ”ฅ. And who's not rooting for Lane dominating Lake View? That team is on fire ๐Ÿ”ฉ. But you know who's been doing this for years? Curie, man... they just keep rolling ๐Ÿš€. As for the White South division, I'm intrigued by Harlan taking down Washington - that's a big upset โšก๏ธ. Anyways, it's gonna be a wild ride till the end of the season ๐Ÿ’ฅ

So like I was checking out this crazy basketball scores last night... ๐Ÿคฏ Hyde Park is on fire right now! They beat Perspectives-MS twice already this season. And Lincoln Park pulled off a huge win against Amundsen, which was super surprising.

But you know what's even crazier? All the upsets in Red South division. Simeon beating Morgan Park was like a major shocker. And Curie dominating Crane is no joke. ๐Ÿค”

And then I saw that New Trier took down Maine South... that's some serious hoops power right there. ๐Ÿ€

OMG, like I'm so exhausted just reading about all these upsets last night ๐Ÿคฏ! I mean, as a parent, it's always nerve-wracking watching your kid's team play, especially when they're up against tough opponents. But seriously, how do these kids have the stamina to bounce back from such intense games? My son played in a holiday tournament last year and was literally drained by the end of it ๐Ÿ˜ด. Anyways, congrats to all the teams that won! It's so awesome seeing them work together and support each other on the court ๐Ÿ’•.

๐Ÿคฏ so many upsets last night its crazy how some of these top-ranked teams got crushed ๐Ÿšซ meanwhile its awesome to see underdogs pulling off wins and making it a wild holiday season for hoops ๐ŸŽ…๐Ÿผ in chicago

I donโ€™t usually comment but Iโ€™m surprised how much of a thrill it is to watch top-ranked teams get taken down by underdogs! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Like, it's one thing to expect that from the lower divisions but when you see it happening in the higher leagues too... it just adds to the excitement of basketball, you know? ๐Ÿ€

I'm still trying to get my head around these crazy basketball scores! ๐Ÿคฏ I mean, Hyde Park beating Englewood and Perspectives-MS is one thing, but Lincoln Park taking down Amundsen? That's some next-level stuff right there! ๐Ÿ˜ฒ And what's up with Lane dominating Lake View? 30 points of dominance? ๐Ÿ˜… Is this really happening in Chicago High Schools? ๐Ÿค” I guess you can't keep a good team down for long... or at least, not without a fight! ๐Ÿ’ช

omg u guys wut a night for hoops! ๐Ÿคฏ i was on the edge of my seat watching all these upsets roll in ๐Ÿ˜ฒ like lincoln park taking down amundsen? ๐Ÿ’ฅ and lane dominating lake view? ๐Ÿ”ฅ and catalyst-maria topping gage park? ๐Ÿš€ but honestly, my favorite team of the night has gotta be young ๐Ÿ‘‘ securing that 30-point win over payton ๐Ÿ˜Ž cant wait to see what these teams do next season ๐Ÿคž

Man, have you ever thought about how all these teams are playing for more than just wins and losses? I mean, they're chasing that feeling of success, of validation from their peers and the crowd. And it's not just about individual players, but about the entire team coming together to achieve something bigger than themselves.

It's like, what does it really mean to 'win' or 'lose' in this game? Is it just a matter of personal pride, or is there something more profound at play? Like, are we truly happy when our favorite team wins, or are we just feeding into the hype and the ego that comes with it?

And then you look around at all these different teams, each with their own unique dynamics and struggles. You see players who are struggling to find their place on the court, while others seem to effortlessly glide through the game. It's like, what does it take to truly 'make it' in this world? Is it just about individual talent, or is there something more that sets the truly successful apart?

I mean, I'm not saying that any of this is necessarily 'wrong' or 'right', but I think we can learn a lot from how these teams interact with each other and themselves. It's like, they're constantly negotiating their own identities, their own sense of self-worth, through the lens of this game.

Anyway, just some food for thought

I'm lovin the comeback stories out there tonight ๐Ÿคฉ. Like, who doesn't love an underdog pulling off a major upset? Northside's win against Taft was insane ๐Ÿ˜ฒ! And Hyde Park holding its own against Perspectives-MS, that's some serious hustle. On the flip side, it's always cool to see those top-ranked teams get knocked off their pedestal ๐Ÿ‘‘.

But for real though, these Chicago high school basketball scores are all over the place tonight ๐Ÿคฏ. Lane dominating Lake View, but then Simeon taking down Morgan Park... it's like, what's up with that? ๐Ÿ˜‚ Anyways, glad to see some of those classic rivalries going down in flames ๐Ÿ”ฅ. Bring on the playoffs, I guess ๐Ÿ’ช

ugh basketball scores are all just an illusion... those teams that got crushed like Hyde Park beating Englewood is probably just a fluke. and don't even get me started on the whole Phillips outlasting Perspectives-MS thing, that's gotta be a rigged game ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ

lol what's up with all these teams killing it on the court ๐Ÿคฏ. I'm loving how Hyde Park is making waves in Englewood, and Lincoln Park taking down Amundsen was sick ๐Ÿค–. But you know who's been on fire? Curie - they're like the team to beat right now ๐Ÿ’ฅ. And can we talk about Little Village taking down Wells? That's some serious street ball ๐Ÿ”ฅ. But seriously, it's awesome to see all these underdog teams pulling off upsets and showing everyone what they're made of ๐Ÿค

aww yay basketball scores are so exciting!!! ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ˜ i'm lovin how Hyde Park and Phillips took down some tough opponents last night, that's like, total underdog vibes ๐Ÿคฉ i also love that Lane dominated Lake View, girl power! ๐Ÿ’ช and congrats to all the teams who won their games, especially the ones that pulled off those sweet upsets ๐Ÿ˜
