Trump's new security strategy endangers democracy

🤯 just read about how the US has kinda dropped its whole "democracy and freedom" thing around the world... like what even is that now? 🤷‍♂️ it makes total sense though, considering the current state of politics in the US. everyone's all about their own interests now 🤑

anyway, I'm not surprised tbh. trump's been trying to do his own thing and it's only natural he'd abandon ship on that whole democracy thing. but seriously, what does this mean for the world? 🌎 we're already seeing china and russia fill the void... doesn't sound good 👀

and can we talk about how outdated this whole "gunboat diplomacy" thing is? like, come on! 😂 it's like trump took a look back at theo roosevelt's playbook and was all like "yaaas, let's do that"... but we're living in 2025 now 🕰️

🤔 man, it's crazy to think that the US has kinda given up on promoting democracy and freedom around the world 🌎 like, JFK's whole thing was all about spreading liberty and stuff, but now it seems like they're just looking out for themselves 💸 and Trump's strategy is like a total 180 from that 👍

I mean, what's the point of even calling yourself a beacon of democracy if you're not gonna live up to it? 🤷‍♂️ And this new approach with tariffs and trade agreements? that's just straight-up protectionism 🚫

and don't even get me started on China and Russia filling the vacuum... 🌪️ that's like, a recipe for disaster 😬. I'm all for America having its own interests, but when you're not promoting democracy and freedom, you're basically creating a power vacuum that's just gonna be filled by the bad guys 👊

it's crazy to think about how far we've come since JFK's time... 🕰️ we were supposed to be this shining example of democracy and freedom, but now it seems like we're just trying to cling to our own interests 💔
