Two masked men seen on surveillance video after taco truck operator killed in north Houston

Ugh man I'm still trying to process this senseless act of violence ... it's just heartbreaking thinking about that taco truck operator and his family going through all this trauma. The fact that these two masked individuals were filming themselves committing such a heinous crime on camera is just gut-wrenching . It's like they didn't care who their actions would affect, they were so caught up in the moment of chaos.

The police department is doing everything they can to catch these suspects and bring them to justice, which is really admirable ... but it's hard not to wonder if there was something more that could have been done to prevent this from happening in the first place. I mean, we all know about the dangers of unchecked violence, but sometimes it feels like it's just a part of our society.

I hope the family of the victim finds some sense of closure soon ... and I really hope these suspects turn themselves in before things get any worse . The thought of those masked individuals walking free is just too much to bear .

This is just heartbreaking... I mean, who would've thought something like this would happen in our city? A taco truck owner, of all people, was brutally murdered over some cash . It's so senseless... my heart goes out to the victim's family and loved ones . The fact that these masked suspects are still on the loose is super unsettling . I do hope they turn themselves in soon before things get out of hand . Can't even imagine how hard it must be for the family right now... just wishing they could have more answers and some closure .

ugh, another one... this is getting outta hand with these taco trucks on the side of the road can't people just leave 'em alone? like, what's the point of even having a business if you're gonna get shot at? and now this poor guy is dead... it's just not fair . i mean, i get it, crime exists, but can't we find ways to prevent these kind of situations? like, better surveillance or more police presence in those areas? instead of relying on good Samaritans to stumble upon the body and find the suspects themselves... that's just crazy making .

Ugh, another random video showing robbers get's shared on the news and everyone freaks out . Can't we just have a safe feature like "auto delete" on our phones or something? I mean, can you imagine having to save all those videos of real-life horror?

And what's up with the whole "HPD at 713-308-8800" thing? Like, don't people get a phone book anymore? Can we just have a one-touch call feature or something? It's like, come on, authorities! Make it easier for us to help you catch those bad guys .

And I'm all for the reward system, but can we please make sure those rewards are actually redeemable in some tangible way? Like, not just "here's a $500 gift card" . Can't we have something like, "your info leads to a $50k life insurance payout"? That'd be more motivating, I think .
