this whole thing feels like a classic case of "us vs them" - EU wants Russia to chill out and respect Ukraine's sovereignty, but Putin just won't let go 
. Meanwhile, people on both sides are getting super worked up and diplomatic efforts are getting all hyped up but still kinda stalled. i mean, can we just talk about the fact that Ukraine is literally in the middle of a war zone? shouldn't that be our top priority right now?

I mean, think about it - four years of conflict and now we're on the brink of war again? It's like, what's going on? Can't these leaders just talk to each other?! 
Putin's words are super concerning, I don't know if he's being genuine or just trying to stir up more drama. And what about the US envoy - Jared Kushner is a total newbie at diplomacy, does he really know how to handle this situation? 
The stakes are so high and it feels like no one's listening to each other. It's all about Ukraine now... when will we see some real progress?
