Verizon-owned Visible is offering outage credits, too

Verizon-owned Visible Wireless is handing out $5 credit refunds to customers who suffered during the recent Verizon cell service outage. The offer comes as a consolation for those affected by the disruption in service earlier this week.

According to reports, customers of Visible Wireless received a message stating that they would receive a $5 credit towards their next bill as a gesture of apology and goodwill. This move is comparable to what was done for Verizon's own customer base following a similar outage.

However, not all affected users were automatically credited with the $5 refund. Some reported that only after reaching out to Visible's customer support did they receive their credit.

I FEEL SAD WHEN THOSE PEOPLE EXPERIENCE OUTAGE WITH THEIR CELL SERVICE πŸ˜” especially if its for a service thats supposed to be reliable like this πŸ“±πŸ‘Ž the fact that some users had to reach out to customer support before getting their $5 refund is kinda frustrating πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ i mean, shouldn't it just be a automatic thing? πŸ€” and also 5 bucks might not be a lot for those who are affected by it 😞 but still, its the thought that counts right? πŸ’• at least they're trying to make things up to their customers πŸ‘

aww, hope those customers who got effected by the outage are doing alright πŸ€—... $5 might seem like a small thing but it's still a nice gesture from Verizon-owned Visible Wireless πŸ’•. I mean, can you imagine being without your phone for days and having no idea when service will be restored? 😱 that's some stressful stuff.

I think this move is a good start, especially since they're acknowledging the issue and trying to make things right πŸ™. And yeah, not everyone was automatically credited, which kinda sucks... but at least Visible Wireless is taking responsibility for it and trying to rectify the situation πŸ“Š.

hopefully, this kind of gesture will show that they care about their customers' feelings and are committed to providing good service πŸ’―. fingers crossed! πŸ‘

Ugh, I'm so annoyed about this πŸ˜’... Just kidding, kind of. Seriously though, I feel for those who lost service and were inconvenienced. $5 might not be a lot, but it's better than nothing πŸ’Έ. I'm all for Visible showing some goodwill towards their customers after the outage πŸ€—. It's just that some people were left in the dark, waiting for a response from customer support before they even got the credit... That's frustrating 🀯. Still, $5 is better than no refund at all πŸ‘. Let's hope this shows Visible is committed to making things right πŸ’•.

Ugh, think it's too little, too late πŸ€”. I mean, come on $5? It's just a drop in the bucket for what these people went through. I'm still waiting to see if my internet service is gonna be back up anytime soon after that crazy outage last week πŸ’₯. And now Visible Wireless is trying to buy their way out of it with some half-hearted refund? Please, if they really wanted to make things right, they should've done something like a free month of service or a fancy new phone πŸ“±. But nope, just a paltry $5 credit. Just great πŸ‘Ž

Umm so I just saw this news about Visible Wireless giving $5 credits back to customers who had issues with their service last week... that's kinda cool, right? I mean, who doesn't love free money πŸ€‘. But isn't it weird that some people didn't even get the credit automatically? Like, what if they forgot to check their emails or something? Anyway, I guess it's better late than never, and at least Visible is trying to make amends. I've been meaning to switch to Visible anyway, but now I'm thinking twice... do you guys still use them?

Ugh, can't believe Visible Wireless would even think a measly $5 credit is enough to make up for their crap service outage πŸ€‘. I mean, what happened was pretty bad - entire regions went down, people were stuck without phone signal... this feels like just a slap on the wrist πŸ’β€β™€οΈ. And now they're expecting everyone to just chill and be grateful for $5? πŸ˜’ It's just so insincere. And don't even get me started on how some users didn't even get their credit automatically - what kind of company is that? 🀯 Unbelievable that they have to reach out to customer support to even receive their refund... ridiculous!

Ugh, I'm still fuming about that recent Verizon cell service outage πŸ“΄πŸ˜‘. I mean, can't they just get it together? It's not like it's rocket science to keep your service up and running. And now they're handing out $5 credit refunds to customers who were affected? I guess it's better than nothing, but still... it feels like a bit of an afterthought. I'm surprised they didn't just give everyone the money upfront and be done with it. Anyway, at least they're taking some responsibility for the mess. But seriously, can we please just have reliable cell service around here? It's getting ridiculous 🀯.

πŸ€” just heard about this and gotta say, $5 might not be a lot but I guess it's better than nothing 😊. I feel bad for those who got affected by the outage and it's nice that Visible is trying to make amends. They should've done it automatically tho, like what they did with their own customers πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ. Still, I appreciate the effort and hope this sets a good precedent for other companies to follow suit when something goes wrong πŸ™. Refunds can really help people out, especially if you're on a tight budget πŸ’Έ. Hope Visible's customers get back up and running soon πŸ‘.

Ugh, I'm so tired of these cell service outages! πŸ™„ Like, can't companies just get it together? So, Verizon-owned Visible Wireless is giving back $5 to customers who were affected by the outage... about time, right? πŸ˜’ It's like they're saying sorry and trying to make up for lost time. But, what's with all these hidden caveats? πŸ€” Some people didn't even get their credit until they had to reach out to customer support? Like, come on! That's just rude. πŸ™„ Just give everyone the money upfront, you know? It feels like companies are always trying to find ways to nickel and dime us. And now I'm waiting for my $5 refund... Fingers crossed it shows up soon! 😊

πŸ€‘$5 credit refunds are nice and all, but I'm still fuming about the whole thing. Like, what even is a 'gesture of apology' when you can't even get your service working properly in the first place? πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ And the fact that some users had to call customer support to get their credit is just ridiculous. It's like they're testing us or something πŸ˜’. I mean, I appreciate the effort, but a simple automated refund would've been more convenient. Also, $5 doesn't even cover the cost of a decent coffee, let alone a full bill πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ.

so visible wireless is doing this whole "apology" thing πŸ™„ 5 bucks for whoever was inconvenienced by their outage, like that's gonna make everything ok? i mean, what a relief, now my $50 bill won't sting as much πŸ˜‚. seriously though, shouldn't they've had this already just to show good faith? seems like after the fact is better than nothing, but still kinda lame πŸ’Έ. and ugh, why do customer support reps have to be so extra 🀯? can we just get a simple "yeah, ur credit's on its way" without all the drama?

so visible wireless is finally doing something about that huge outage they had last week πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ its about time! i mean, $5 isn't a lot but its still better than nothing right? and yeah i can imagine how frustrating it must be for those customers who were affected by the outage and didnt get their credit automatically πŸ’Έ

i gotta say though, visible wireless has been doing pretty well since they launched back in 2017 πŸ“ˆ theyre one of my go to options when it comes to affordable wireless plans and theyve always had good customer support πŸ‘ so i'm glad to see them taking responsibility for the outage like this

im just hoping that the $5 credit thing is a one time thing and not just a publicity stunt πŸ˜’ if its the latter, then visible wireless needs to do some serious damage control on their end... but fingers crossed 🀞

omg, like, i'm so down for this $5 credit refund thingy from @VisibleWireless πŸ€‘πŸ‘ - it's about time they showed some love to their customers who got screwed up during that recent outage 😩. i mean, can you imagine if @Verizon did the same for its own users? fingers crossed! 🀞 anyway, not everyone was automatically credited, which is kinda weird... shouldn't customer support be doing their job in the first place? πŸ’β€β™€οΈ still, a $5 credit is better than nothing, right? πŸ€‘

Yeah, can you believe it? Verizon-owned Visible Wireless is finally giving its customers some love πŸ€—. I mean, a $5 credit refund isn't gonna make up for the whole outage thing, but hey, it's something, right? At least they're acknowledging that some folks were affected and showing they care.

But, gotta say, it's a bit weird that not everyone got an automatic $5 credit just because. I mean, you'd think with all the tech we have nowadays, it should be easy to automatically credit customers for stuff like this. Still, at least Visible is trying to make things right 🀞.

It's just interesting to see how these big companies respond when they mess up. It's not always perfect, but sometimes it's a step in the right direction. Fingers crossed that this $5 credit thing helps more customers feel good about what went down 🀞

I think this is great initiative from Visible Wireless 🀝. They're taking responsibility for what went wrong and making things right for their customers. It's not just about slapping a Band-Aid on the problem, but actually doing something tangible to make up for the inconvenience. And $5 might seem like a small amount, but it's still a gesture that shows they care πŸ€‘. I mean, if you're going to mess up your service, at least own up to it and try to fix it πŸ’―. And yeah, maybe not everyone got the credit automatically, but that's just a minor quibble in an otherwise positive move πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ.
