I'm not really sure why they're still using that old style of coding... like 2008 or something 
. Can't they just modernize it a bit? Minification and organization would make a huge difference in readability and performance.
And what's up with the comments? Are those supposed to be some sort of security thingy? Just remove them if you don't need 'em, right?

this stuff is all about control. They're trying to keep us from seeing the truth behind their code. If we minify and organize our own lives, we'll never know what's really going on 
apparently they need 10 feet of warning time before they can react properly to pothole which is not enough considering how fast those things are going
