I mean, these administrative warrants are supposed to be for emergencies only, right? But what's going on is that ICE and Border Patrol are using them to bust people in their own homes without consent. That's just not cool, you know?
And don't even get me started on the "worst of the worst" nonsense... it sounds like they're trying to justify some super broad definition of who gets raided next
I've been following these know-your-rights campaigns, and I think that's a great idea. We should all be informed about our rights when dealing with immigration agents. Maybe if we just have more transparency and clear guidelines, things wouldn't get so out of hand?
It's like... can't we just treat people with some basic human respect? Even if they're undocumented or in the process of getting deported?
