I just finished watching this exhibit at GATE33 Gallery in Hong Kong and I gotta say, it's really blew my mind 
Anita Lam's "Happy Zoo" series is like a whole new way of looking at zoos and animals altogether. It's not about scaring you into saving the planet, but more about making you feel something - like, how crazy is it that we put animals in cages and call it entertainment? 
And the best part is, it's all about empathy, which I think is so underrated in our society. We're always told to "save" the animals or "protect" them, but what if we just started understanding where they come from and how we impact their lives?
