I'm so done with the WPL auctions ! It seems like all these players are getting paid big bucks, but I just don't get why some of them have to go through this auction drama every year... it's like they're pawns on a game board . And can we talk about how some teams are literally breaking the bank to sign one player? Like, Deepti Sharma for 3.2 crores? That's crazy money ! I just wish they could focus more on developing their own talent instead of importing players from other countries... what's wrong with a little creativity and innovation in our WPL auctions ?

omg, just saw the WPL auction results and I'm DYING over Amelia Kerr's price tag !! 3 crore for the Kiwi superstar is insane! I mean, I get it, she's a beast on the field, but £226k? that's like, 4-figure deals for regular teams . And can we talk about how low Sophie Ecclestone went for ? 10k less than what they offered her initially? I know England got some other talented players, but c'mon, make it right, Sophie!
