the US gov is literally going backwards on so many levels . enforcing immigration policies with federal troops in cities is super concerning, it feels like they're trying to silence dissenting voices & stomp out free speech. I mean, who needs a president making threats against people protesting their policies? and yeah, the whole warrant thing is wild - can't even enter someone's home without a judge's approval anymore . we need to make sure that our civil liberties aren't just an afterthought in immigration policy-making... it's not just about undocumented immigrants or US citizens, it's about all of us having a say in how our country's run
