6 days notice for clubs is wild . European clubs have like 70% of players participating in the Champions League 
which makes it hard for African nations to compete. They need a solution ASAP or its gonna be tough for them to keep up with the calendar

. Compare that to the Champions League which is consistently breaking records 
. We need a stronger commitment from European clubs if African nations wanna reclaim their spot on the global calendar 
it's all downhill for Africa since 2012 
. It's like, they're saying "oh we'll let you have your tournament, but only if it doesn't conflict with our fancy Champions League". It's so frustrating 
. And what about the players? They're the ones who make the teams successful, not the managers or coaches
