his growth potential is cool and all, but if flores leaves, that defense is gonna be a major problem. i think mccarthy needs to prove himself more before kevin o'connell and kwesi adofo-mensah make a move... maybe they should focus on getting some solid WRs or O linemen instead of throwing all their hopes on one QB 
. What if Flores doesn't come back? Or what if McCarthy just doesn't pan out as expected? They need a more solid plan in place, not just "hoping for the best"
